new-wikid-pricing

We have recently posted new pricing on the Website. We have lowered the server price to $0 from $1,500. We were getting feedback from some prospects that our prices were too high for smaller companies that might be required to do Visa/Mastercard PCI compliance or HIPAA, etc.

Our thinking is that this will make two-factor authentication more palatable for smaller companies and that our per user pricing best reflects the value received.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • We have set a minimum of 10 users per customer or $240 per year. Pretty reasonable it seems to me.
  • The price is per user, not per token. Each user can have more than one authentication token on muliple devices (PC, Mac, Linux, J2ME, Blackberry, Palm, PocketPC all supported).
  • Although the pricing is low for started, the server can *scale* - we have run 50 authentications per second on a very low-end server with IDE drives.
