Start by downloading the Virtual Appliance ISO 4.1.0.b1955, it is a designed to run on any VM system. See the download page for RPM/DEB options.
2. Install.
Install the ISO, VMWare or VirtualBox images
Read the fine Installation Manual
3. Integrate.
See all of your tutorials on adding two-factor authentication to various products. We cannot cover them all, so you might see their docs too. But the basic idea is to use RADIUS. If you are using RADIUS currently, the switch will be simple.
