How do I generate a certificate?

Up to Table of Contents

This FAQ applies to: WiKID Strong Authentication Server Enterprise Edition, WiKID Strong Authentication Server Community Edition

Once you have entered the information in the Certificate Signing Request Form on the Create an Intermediate CA page, you will get a Certificate signing request or CSR. Submit that to WiKID for signing - clicking the URL will produce a pop-up. Here is the URL:https://ca.wikidsystems.com/wikid/newcertreq.jsp

The CA system will return a signed certificate to you.

If you have any problems with that link, please contact us via chat or via email: info at wikidsystems.com.

For testing, please use a different fully qualified domain name than what you intend to use for your production two-factor authentication server.

Please use a valid email when creating a certificate!. Otherwise, how will we get it back to you if you have troubles?
