Once the s/w token is running, the two part authentication system effectively becomes a one part authentication system requiring only the PIN. Therefore it would be nice if one could set an inactivity timeout (in jw.Properties perhaps) that caused the token to terminate after a period of inactivity.

We'll have to look into this. Obviously, the best way to do this is via some desktop policy.
