There's a show stopper bug in the 3.4 community edition server. We're working on a fix, but in the meantime this will get you going:

# cd opt/WiKID/tomcat/common/lib

# wget http://download.java.net/[…]/el-api-1.0.jar

Sorry for the issue. We should have an update soon.
Steps to reproduce:
Start server, browse to https://yourip/WiKIDAdmin & get a 404.

Issue state: Unconfirmed → Resolved
Fixed in 3.4 b3058. The bug was a result of some code for the WiKID openid server (http://wikid.com - check it out ;) that made it's way into the community release. This created a dependency on a jar file that wasn't in the build. The code has been removed.
