On the new token screen, once you click into the first text field, it hides the text and scrolls the input fields above the keyboard. Apparently while doing some cleanup for the new 3.0 SDK, I set the first field to auto-focus. For whatever reason, when launching the view, the text would hide (or scroll offscreen), but the input fields stayed behind the keyboard. You could actually input a passphrase, confirm it, and hit Done and it would let you in.

I reorganized those screens to better handle the autofocus, and have re-submitted to Apple as 3.0.2
