Token Clients
Download our token clients here. We have software tokens for Windows, Mac, Linux, Blackberry, Palm, Windows Mobile and J2ME. PC token clients support Mutual Authentication.

Instructions:
Download the file and run it ($ java -jar jWiKID.x.x.x.jar for example). NB: 3.0.6+ requires Java 1.6 or later. .. This version of the token client supports Mutual Authentication. The Jar file supports German, Spanish, French, Indonesian, Japanese, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Swedish, Turkish, Korean, Italian, Portuguese and Chinese (zh_CN). Versions bundled with the JRE are available from the Sourceforge download page.

PocketPC Instructions:
Download and install via ActiveSynch. As with the PC and Palm clients, the first time you run the program, you need to create a password for it. This password is optional in your production environment.

Firefox Instructions: Click on the link above. Installation will be disallowed from this domain. Click Allow to permit software to be installed from our domain. Click on the link again and click Install Now
After you restart Firefox, click on the link in the registration email and you will see a small WiKID logo in the your status bar in the lower right hand corner of Firefox. Click on the logo to proceed with registration. (Initial loads take longer: Java has to load.) Follow the directions on how to create a passphrase and a PIN for the domain.

WiKID Blackberry Token - Commercial
Java Blackberry Client (70 kb) - Right click, select Copy Shortcut or Copy Link location and e-mail this link to your Blackberry for over-the-air download. Alternatively, here is a zip file for installing WiKID via the Desktop Manager. N.B.: You should not need to change the network setting. Changing it might result in a split-pipe error.

Blackberry Instructions:
When you first add a domain to your Blackberry client, the Blackberry firewall will ask if the application can access the Internet. Remember to scroll down and check "Don't ask this again for: [] http connections". Scroll back up and select Allow.
If you are on a BES server and get the error "You are offline or the code is not valid. You must be online to add a domain." and you have coverage, you may need some additional permissions in your IT policy on your BES. Please see you BES administrator. If you're not on a BES server, you may need to set your TCP/IP settings (E.G.: T-Mobile users may need to enter wap.voicestream.com as their APN under TCP settings in Options/Advanced Options).

J2ME Instructions:
Right click on the link and e-mail/SMS it to your phone to download over-the-air or download the file along with the Jar file if you need to upload to a carrier site (a la Nextel).

Palm Instructions:
Download (Mozilla users must Right Click, Save As) and install via the Palm Installer. As with the PC and PocketPC clients, the first time you run the program, you need to create a password for it. This password is optional in your production environment.
