WiKID Strong Authentication server adds support for SAML Single Sign-On Service for Google Apps

Get your SAML on.

We've added built-in support for Google Apps For Your Domain SAML/SSO to the community edition of the WiKID Strong Authentication server.  It's a pretty slick way of adding two-factor authentication to Google's services.  While I'm a big fan of the cloud, I also like having control and two-factor authentication gives you a lot more confidence about who is accessing your information in the cloud.

We'll post detailed documentation soon, but basically all you have to do is enable the GoogleSSO protocol and then add a network client that uses it.  The WiKID server will automatically generate a cert for you to upload to Google.

As always, you can download the open source community edition on sourceforge.

It looks like the SSO support is not working for the gmail for the Blackberry. Anybody have any experience with this? Sure would be nice to use the Blackberry software token with gmail on the BB.
