New Community Release and New PHP Network client releaes

Today we released the RC5-1 version of the WiKID Strong Authentication Server Community Edition on updated network client for PHP for those of you looking to add two-factor authentication to your PHP applications.

I suspect the enterprise release will follow shortly. We hope that this will be the final release candidate!
